HP Folio 13 Ultrabook now available
HP’s first foray in the Ultrabook world officially starts today with the launch of the Folio 13 notebook.
The 13.3-inch notebook includes an Intel Core i5-2467M CPU, integrated Intel HD 3000 graphics, 4GB RAM, 128GB SSD and a 1366x768 resolution display. Connectivity options include Ethernet, WiDi, USB 3.0, USB 2.0, 2-in-1 reader and HDMI. For those needing a VGA connection, HP provides an optional HDMI to VGA adapter.
In terms of size, the notebook is about 3.3 pounds (1.5kg) and only 0.7 inches (17.78mm) thick with a backlit keyboard. Overall, HP claims up to 9.25 hours off of a single charge from its 6-cell battery.
The Folio 13 can be had for $899 from the official HP online store. A standard 1-year limited warranty is included.
