Intel is expected to officially release its fourth generation of chips on June 4th. The Haswell processors not only offer higher processing power than the current Intel Core models, but are also reported to extend battery life on mobile devices by as much as 50%.

Eurocom, long known as a high-end laptop maker, has already announced four fully customizable models that will incorporate the new processors.

The Shark will be the lighter and more portable model, and promises to have good battery life. It will come with a 15.6-inch 1920 x 1080 display, a next generation NVIDIA GeForce GTX-class GPU, and 3 RAM sockets for up to 24 GB RAM.

The Racer is intended to be a full desktop replacement that focuses on mobility. It has a full HD 15.6-inch 1920 x 1080 IPS display, and will support high-end 100 Watt GPUs.

The Neptune is a very powerful 17.3-inch 3D capable notebook intended for gamers and professional applications. It supports the most powerful CPUs and GPUs on the market and up to 32 GB RAM.

The Scorpius is Eurocom's top end model. It's a 17.3-inch 3D capable notebook that supports dual 100W GPUs. It has 4 RAM slots for up to 32 GB of DDR3-1600 and space for up to three internal 1TB drives plus an SSD.

The Shark is expected to launch on June 4th to coincide with Intel's release date. Dates for the other models, and prices for all of these Haswell powered laptops, have not yet been confirmed.
