Acer is upgrading the Nitro XV275K monitor with the V6 iteration that brings some improvements over the existing V5 model.
The 27-inch panel is still an IPS that supports 4K and 1080p resolutions, but the refresh rates and the color gamuts have been improved slightly. Unlike the V5 that supported 4K @ 160 Hz and 1080p @ 320 Hz, the V6 model offers 180 Hz refresh rate for the 4K resolution both over DP and HDMI, and the 1080p refresh has been upped to 360 Hz.
As far as color gamut goes, the V6 improves the DCI-P3 color reproduction from 90% up to 97% and the aRGB gamut is also improved up to 95%. The brightness appears to be unchanged, as typical SDR is quoted at 600 nits, while in HDR 10, the panel is capable of pushing the brightness up to 1000 nits.
Viewing angles are great as always with 178॰ on both horizontal and vertical axes. Color bit depth is still 8-bit + FRC, which essentially emulates 10-bit with dithering. Response time is 1 ms with VRB Pro technology and the panel supports AMD Freesync Premium. Port selection is unchanged, as well, with 2x HDMI 2.1 and 2x DP 1.4 video ins.
The ergonomic stand allows for a -5॰ ~ 25॰ tilt, +/- 20॰ swivel, +/- 90॰ pivot and 150 mm height adjustment. Moreover, the Acer Smart Dial is yet again included in the package, allowing monitor settings to be easily changed via the mini remote control.
In the EU, the Acer Nitro XV275K V6 will be available in Q2 2026 with an MSRP of €599.
