NVIDIA boss promises better, newer chips every year starting now

NVIDIA is a competitive company beyond doubt, whis is demonstrated by the way they do business, innovating with a force that makes their own product obsolete before allowing their competitors to do so.
Well, the Tegra 2 processing chip by NVIDIA has been incorporated by major companies to power their products, like the Notion Ink Adam tablet, eLocity A7 Android tablet, Toshiba AC100 smartbook, Toshiba Folio 100 tablet, e-Noah Interpad tablet, Hannspree Android tablet, Malata ZPad tablet just to name a few, with still more in the reckoning.
As per NVIDIA CEO Jen-Hsun Huang the joyride doesn’t stop just yet, work on the Tegra 3 chip is just nearing completion and the Tegra 4 chip is now under development. That’s news! The CEO has also promised to churn out a new Tegra chip every year! That’s what’s called, innovation at its pinnacle.
The Tegra processor chip allows for 3D graphics support as well as 1080p HD video playback, together with other features, which is made possible owing to combination of a low power ARM-based processor with NVIDIA graphics. This can be made use of by running graphics etc on low power devices including everything from tablets, smartphones, portable media players, to netbooks/smartbooks. Also It supports always-on operation for instant access to the Internet and provides up to 5 times the battery life of current netbooks.
