Zopo Speed 8 review: Doesn’t justify the price tag
Source: The Indian Express English Archive.org version
Zopo Speed 8 doesn’t offer value for money. In our Antutu benchmark test results, the phone was ranked below OnePlus 3 and Xiaomi Mi 5 which are cheaper than the Speed 8. Buy Zopo Speed 8 if you really have to or go for OnePlus 3 which has a superior camera and a great design and costs at least Rs 2,000 less.

80% Zopo Speed 8 Smartphone Review: A Smartphone With A Deca-Core Processor
Source: PC Quest English Archive.org version
No doubt the Zopo speed 8 is a powerful smartphone that features Deca (ten) core processor (MediaTek Helio X20 processor) but overall the phone is not equivalent to its price. The camera is average and the storage is limited to 32 GB. One can look for some other options such as OnePlus 3 which is lower in price with better design and features.

60% Zopo Speed 8 review: Deca-Core alone doesn’t justify 30,000 tag
Source: Gadgets Now English Archive.org version
There's nothing exceptional about the phone, apart from the deca-core processor, which is obviously not used to its full capabilities. Its specifications only seem to look good on paper, which are available on any budget smartphone. For enthusiasts, there are other good brands doing much better in terms of performance, design and build. The Speed 8 is definitely not the best buy today.

ZOPO Speed 8 review
Source: GSM Arena English Archive.org version
The phone feels incomplete in in some ways and there is still a lot of room for software improvement, which hopefully, ZOPO will take up. If all the bugs get ironed out you would still end up with a very solid $300 device. But today's competitive mobile market requires that the company acts quickly or customers will move on in search of pastures greener.

60% Zopo Speed X Review
Source: NDTV Gadgets English Archive.org version
The Zopo Speed X has a lot of interesting features considering its price, most notably the dual camera setup and the selfie flash. It runs on stock Android Nougat with a few apps preinstalled. The compact size makes it easy to hold, and the pixel-dense display is good to look at.

64% Zopo Speed X Review
Source: Think Digit English Archive.org version
The Zopo Speed X is an attempt at bringing a dual-camera smartphone to the masses. However, the implementation of such features is quite poor. If you really want bokeh effects at this price range, you might want to take a look at the Micromax Canvas Infinity, which also offers an 18:9 display aspect ratio. However, if you increase your budget by a little, you could consider purchasing the Honor 6X. There are other options too.

Without a doubt, its cheapest dual camera phone, but the camera is decent, not awesome. Having the overall good performance, it could become preferred choice for budget conscious consumers.

Comment

Zopo:

Zopo is a Chinese smartphone manufacturer, which was founded in 2012. There are few reviews for Zopo Smartphones. The ratings are so far below average that you can call them bad (2016).

Non demanding games should be playable with these graphics cards.

ARM Mali-T880 MP4: Mobile graphics solution for tablets and smartphones, which can be found in ARM SoCs like the HiSilicon Kirin 950.

These graphics cards are not suited for Windows 3D games. Office and Internet surfing however is possible.

ARM Mali-T720 MP4: Integrated graphics card with four clusters clocked at up to 600 MHz. The chip supports OpenGL ES 3.1 and is typically produced in 28nm.

5.00:

It is a very small display format for smartphones. You should by no means be mis-sighted and you will generally see very little on the screen and only have a small resolution available. In return, the device should be very small and handy.

» To find out how fine a display is, see our DPI List.

No weight comment found (one expected)!

66%: This rating is poor. More than three quarters of the models are rated better. That is rather not a purchase recommendation. Even if verbal ratings in this area do not sound that bad ("sufficient" or "satisfactory"), they are usually euphemisms that disguise a classification as a below-average laptop.
