Verizon pushing update to the Galaxy Tab 10.1, brings TouchWiz changes

Galaxy tab 10.1’s upgrades arrive in the air soon, according to update from Verizon which includes mainly UI upgrades along with security patches and fixing of bugs

Samsung's Galaxy tab 10.1 of Verizon is to receive an update Over the Air soon which will mainly consist of user interface changes to their increasingly popular TouchWiz UI.  In addition to that, the update includes a batch of security patches and also updates for a lot of other Widgets.

After updating you tablet with the new updates your, Galaxy tab will certainly look fresh however the users who currently use a home replacement launcher may not notice any kind of change at all.

Apart from the upgrade of the User Interface a bug that earlier caused email to remain bold even after the users read it, has also been fixed. It also includes a Bluetooth 3.0 support, DivX media files support, and additional Wi-Fi routers are also made compatible.

As this update incorporates built in support for the VPN clients so, it will also be a lot helpful for the business users. Although the exact release date for the update is not yet declared, but the support tab of Verizon says the updates are coming soon.

For downloading the updates the users will only require to navigate to System updates via settings and about Tablet menu.
