It is based on the Arrandale core (Core i3/i5) but Turbo Boost (for the CPU), Hyper-Threading, VT-d Virtualization, Trusted Execution, and AES functions are disabled. Compared to the U5400, the U3400 supports VT-x Virtualization Technology. Due to the slow clock speed, the U3400 is only sufficient for non demanding applications.
The Arrandale Pentium CPU features the integrated Intel HD Graphics graphics card which is clocked at 166-500 MHz (due to Turbo Boost). Furthermore, the CPU also features an integrated memory controller that supports up to 8 GB of DDR3-800 main memory.
