As we have been keeping you updated regularly on the happenings-to-be in the upcoming CES 2011 event in Las Vegas in January, we have yet another story for you. Reportedly, Japanese major NEC has a dual screen Android tablet in the cards for CES 2011. This would be the first time NEC would showcase a tablet from its stable in the US. Although NEC is not new to the tablet PC arena (it has the LifeTouch brand of tablets), it has till now not launched any in the US.
Reports suggest that the NEC tablet will have not one but two 7-inch screens. Also being said is that the tablet will run on some yet-unknown version of Google Android OS and the touchscreen type too is not known. There is also word that NEC might introduce a netbook running Google Android at CES. US launch or availability is not known till now.
