Leaks confirm 4.5" display and dual-SIM capabilities for the Nokia 630
Windows Phone 8.1 won't be coming till June at the earliest, but we may already have a glimpse of one of its first phones. Popular leaker evleaks first released images of the device on his Twitter feed last weekend, and now more info has been made available thanks to the Chinese web portal, Baidu.
Based on the images, the Nokia 630 will indeed feature dual-SIM functionality, and that is clearly denoted by the pair of 3G/reception bars found towards the top of the phone. This also lines up with reports that the 630 will be the first Windows Phone 8.1 device, as the 8.1 SDK already made it clear that it would be bringing with it support for multiple SIMs.
The leaks also show the three-columns of tiles which will be a staple of Windows Phone 8.1, to go along with dimensions of 129.55 x 66.7 mm that correspond with a screen size of 4.5". Other rumors also indicate that a second Nokia 635 will be the 4G/single-SIM member of the family, but we'll have to wait and see Nokia's complete plan.
