Intel Xe graphics and FHD OLED touchscreen coming to the Asus ZenBook Flip 13 UX363
While the 2020 Asus ZenBook Flip 13 UX363 was unveiled earlier this year, all SKUs were limited to 1080p IPS panels with no other options. To up the ante, Asus will soon be adding a new FHD OLED option for even better colors and viewing angles than the base IPS configuration.
In addition to the new display, the refreshed model will carry next generation Intel Core U-series CPUs up to a Core i7 with integrated Xe graphics to supersede the current Ice Lake and Iris graphics options. Intel is expected to perform more closely to the AMD Zen 2 Ryzen U-series with Tiger Lake after handily losing with this generation's Ice Lake and Comet Lake-U series.
Outside of the new processor and display options, however, the upcoming Tiger Lake-powered ZenBook Flip 13 will be visually identical to the current Ice Lake model already in market. Asus hasn't specified exact prices, regions, or when we can expect the new model to become available.
The announcement comes at the same time as several other model updates including the ZenBook Flip S UX371, ZenBook S UX393, ZenBook 14 UX435, ZenBook Pro 15, and the ExpertBook B9 B9400.
