Galaxy Tab 10.1 ban lifted for now

The ban of Galaxy 10.1 model is lifted for some time over Europe except Germany

Recently, a lot of stories were covered in the media regarding the Samsung Vs Apple conflict over the Galaxy 10.1 tablet in a German court. Apple claimed that Samsung had copied the iPad when it developed the 10.1” model. Last week it seemed as if apple had a better chance of winning the case as a ban was imposed over the selling of the mentioned model in Germany which led to its ban over whole of Europe.

After all this, Samsung also decided to fight back. They also have appealed to the court as spread to the masses via the Internet; the photos included by Apple's lawyers in the suit appear to have been modified to make the Galaxy Tab look more like the iPad than it is in reality.

With all these acquisitions about this product to continue in the court, currently the German court has decided to lift the ban over the model which means Samsung is allowed to sell the Tab in Europe, at least until the Samsung’s Appeal that is on 25 of this month.

Though this model still did not get the permission for sale in Germany but other parts of Europe definitely are geared up for its sale again.
