Galaxy Note gets a massive 4500mAh boost

The Samsung Galaxy Note is possibly headed towards the US which may be powered by either Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) or CM9. An extended battery for the smartphone tablet hybrid from Mugen Power is now available as an accessory. The extended battery is of 4500mAh.

When the Galaxy note was first announced as a hybrid with a 1.4GHz dual core processor and a screen of 5.3inch then it was really an issue about the battery backup. But Samsung covered up the need of a powerful battery with a 2500mAh battery.

Although this battery is sufficient for most of the users to last for the whole day, but not for those users who like to watch movies, draw portraits with the S-pen stylus technology or just like to surf the device because of its AMOLED HD display all day long. Such users are now covered up by Mugen Power’s offering of a massive 4500mAh extended battery for the Note. It comes with a replacement battery cover and built in kickstand.

This kickstand provides a rest for your hands while you are watching a movie for a long time. This extended battery obviously increases the thickness of the tablets but it’s not very thick as the original Galaxy note is very sleek.

This battery is currently available in three colors Black, Red and White at a price of $109.
