Samsung Exynos W920
► remove from comparison
The Samsung Exynos W920 is a dual-core ARM based SoC for IoT (Internet of Things) devices like smartwatches. It was announced in 2021 and integrates two ARM Cortex A55 cores clocked at 1.18 GHz. It is manufactured in the modern 5nm process. In addition to the CPU cores, the chip also integrates a ARM Mali-G68 MP2 GPU, Cat.4 (DL) / Cat.5 (UL) LTE modem, 1080p HEVC/H.264/VP8 video engine and a LPDDR4 memory controller.
Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100
► remove from comparison
The Snapdragon Wear 4100 is a platform for smartwatches. It integrates four ARM Cortex-A53 at up to 1.7 GHz, An Adreno 504 GPU and a 750 MHz DDR3L memory controller. Furthermore, the QCC1110 AON co-processor (ARM Cortex-M0) can be used for always-on functionality. Without the QCC1110, the platform is only called Snapdragon Wear 4100.
According to Qualcomm, the Wear 4100 offers a 85% higher CPU and memory performance and the integrated GPU is 2.5x faster than the older Wear 3100.
the Snapdragon Wear 4100 is manufactured in 12nm, compared to the 28nm produced Wear 3100.
