Computer games on Widescreen Displays

Many modern games already support the at present usual Widescreen 16:10 resolutions. However often an additional option must be adjusted as "Widescreen" or "broad picture" to set the correct resolutions. Some games must be changed manually in configuration files or the console such as Doom 3.
