In February 2012, the ASUS Eee Pad Infinity T700 was revealed at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain. Many enthusiasts eagerly awaited this tablet's release for one feature - its high 1920x1200 resolution with a decent pixel density of 222.5 ppi, currently the highest on Android tablets.
Official specifications are found in ASUS' page here, and reported by a fellow writer.
The tablet will be first released in Italy on June 10th with the price tag of 599 Euros. The predicted USD price is $699 for the 64 GB Wi-Fi model.
Compared to the best-selling tablet line by Apple, the latest generation iPad has 2048x1536 resolution and 264 ppi, the Pad Infinity has a lower resolution and pixel density. It does, however, contain a higher 4-CPU count with Tegra 3, and an optional keyboard dock that further increases its battery life from 10 to 16 hours - a 60% increase.
