2GHz dual-core Exynos 5 chip leaked

The Galaxy S III has been rumored to have four cores and an integrated LTE and this been an excitement for all the techies and gadget lovers because the Cortex-A9 is now considered to be old hat.

There is a lot of discussion being held about the upcoming Cortex-A15 chips, and users want to know more about the specs of the chip. And to your surprise, a slide of the chips has been leaked and is said to be loaded with detailed Exynos 5 specs. Rumors have it that the initial entrants will have a pair of A15 cores running at 2GHz followed by backing from a quad core Mali T-604 MP4 GPU. Supposedly, Samsung’s new 32 nm High-K Metal gate process will be used to build up all the specs. Any kind of confirmation of these details has not been provided but this is what the people are in to expect for.
