Nvidia announces open webcast of upcoming CES press conference
Not everyone will be fortunate enough to have tickets to Las Vegas next week in time for this year’s anticipated CES event. For those millions of users, Nvidia will be preparing a webcast solution for its live press conference free of charge.
According to the press release, Nvidia is expected to showcase a multitude of its existing technologies, including the now ubiquitous Tegra and GeForce processors. In-vehicle navigation systems will apparently make an appearance as well. Exactly what else the chipmaker will be showing, however, is not touched upon as there will likely be at least some surprises in store.
The press event is currently scheduled to take place beginning 4PM PST on January 9 at the Venetian hotel. Real-time updates will be provided by Nvidia directly through its official Blog, Facebook page, Twitter profile and Youtube channel. The webcast itself will be available at www.nvidia.com/ces2012.
