More photos leak on upcoming Meizu MX5 smartphone

With just one more day until the official reveal of the Meizu MX5 on June 30th, more images on the smartphone have leaked online ahead of the announcement.

The design of the MX5 will be predominantly glass and metal with similarities to the Galaxy S6. The Meizu smartphone will have a 5.5-inch FHD display, a MediaTek MT6795T SoC, 3 GB RAM, and 16 GB eMMC. The rear and front Sony cameras will be 20.7 MP and 5 MP, respectively.

If the leaks prove to be true, then the MX5 could cost around 265 Euros at launch. However, it is currently not known if the smartphone will make its way to Europe or North America. Preliminary benchmarks suggest that the MX5 can go toe-to-toe with the Galaxy S6 and other flagship smartphones despite the low cost of the MX5.
