ATI Radeon Xpress X1250: It is an onboard graphic chip, implemented on AMD M690G. Sometimes, it is also called Mobility Radeon X1250. It is based on X700 design but with less pixel- and vertex pipelines. It hardly suited for players.
These graphics cards are not suited for Windows 3D games. Office and Internet surfing however is possible.

AMD Mobile Sempron: 2800+ to 3000+ mobile Athlon 64 with reduced level 2 Cache; The rating is not comparable with Athlon 64 Rating. A 3000+ Athlon 64 is faster than a 3000+ Sempron. There is no 64 bit support.
Especially: Sempron 2100+, socket S1, 9 Watt TDP, 1 GHz
210U: For embedded systems intenden single core processor. Due to a very small level 2 cache, the performance is limited and only a bit above Atom 1.8 GHz processors.» Further information can be found in our Comparison of Mobile Processsors.
11.60":
This is a standard display format for tablet computers or small convertibles. You see more on the screen than on a smartphone but you can't use big resolutions well. On the other hand, mobility is not a problem.

The main products are computers, TVs, refrigerators, toasters, and fitness equipment. The manufacturer of laptops Medion mainly is active in the German market, but to smaller extent also in Western Europe. Market shares and amount of reviews are low. Above all, supermarkets like Aldi sell their laptops. In 2011, Medion has been acquired by the laptop manufacturer Lenovo.
58%: Such a poor rating is rare. There are only a few notebooks that were rated even worse. The rating websites do not give a purchase recommendation here.
