HTC U11 with 128 GB of storage is now available
Sometimes 64 GB of internal storage just isn't enough. Sure, you can get a large micro SD card, especially since even a 128 GB card is relatively cheap nowadays. But maybe you really want the extra space built into your phone. For those of you who feel this way, HTC has released a new variant of the HTC U11 with twice the internal capacity.
This new HTC U11 model comes with 128 GB of storage as opposed to just 64 GB. It also increases the amount of RAM from 4 GB to 6 GB. Pair that with the handset's top-of-the-line Snapdragon 835 processor and you have a powerhouse of a smartphone—not that the regular U11 doesn't perform admirably as well.
HTC's website currently has the new HTC U11 ready for order. In the US, the phone costs $729, and comes unlocked. According to the site, it's compatible with AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile wireless networks (not Sprint, apparently). The new HTC U11 is available exclusively in Amazing Silver.
The Taiwanese company has also announced sales on a couple of other devices. The HTC U Ultra, another recently-released handset, has received a $250 discount, bringing its price down to $499. Last year's flagship, the HTC 10, is $300 cheaper, at $399. Finally, the Under Armour Healthbox, a connected fitness package, is nearly half off, discounted by $180 and now only $220. The discounted offers are available starting today, July 25, and end on August 7.
