Reviews for the Gigabyte Tegra Note 7

100% Review: GIGABYTE Tegra Note 7
Source: PC Authority English
Tablets are tablets, we’re beginning to think. The scope a manufacturer has to differentiate is becoming increasingly limited. Especially so, when one tries to identify genuinely useful adornments. We like the Gigabyte Tegra 7 because there’s very little other than impressive performance and good engineering to appreciate. It’s not unlike the Nexus, in this respect, although the Gigabyte feels more solid and well built, and with premium materials used.

7.0": This is one of the smallest formats, which is used for UMPC, Netbooks or Subotebooks. There hardly exist any models with this display format. Working for a long time is uncomfortable. This tiny display is intended for outdoor usage.
The advantage is, that the mini-notebook can be small dimensioned and can be carried easily. Further the tiny display has the advantage, that it needs few energy, which improves the battery runtime and in consequence the mobility. The disadvantage is that the reading of texts is very exhausting for the eyes. High resolutions can hardly be used. » To find out how fine a display is, see our DPI List.

0.32 kg: This subnotebook is one of the most lightweight of all notebooks and can be carried very easily. There exist hardly any models in this extreme class of weight. 7-9 inch displays are normal for this class of weight.

Gigabyte: GIGABYTE Technology is a Taiwan-based manufacturer of computer hardware products best known for its motherboards. Established in 1986, its major customers include custom boutique PC manufacturers such as Alienware. Secondary lines in the company's product portfolio include complete PCs, laptops, optical drives, LCD monitors, keyboards, mice, cooling components, mobile phones and high end mobile phone products (PDA phone, TV phone etc.), networking equipment, power supplies, and a line of barebone mid and full sized ATX computer cases. Gigabyte laptop reviews are rare and the global laptop market share low.

88.75%: This is a good rating above average. Nevertheless you should not forget, that 10-15% of all notebook-models get a better rating.
