GameSir G7 Pro: GameSir expands availability of TMR joystick wireless controller with Hall effect and Micro switch triggers
GameSir has expanded the availability of its G7 Pro wireless controller, almost two months after its global debut. To recap, GameSir markets the G7 Pro as a 'tri-mode' controller thanks to connectivity not just with Android and PC but also with Xbox. With that being said, the latter platform is only supported via a wired connection.
Meanwhile, GameSir offers Bluetooth connectivity for Android and 2.4 GHz or wired modes for PC. For reference, the company has included a mode selector for switching between platforms as well as a detachable cable retainer to minimise strain on the cable and to prevent it from slipping out while connected in wired mode.
Moreover, the G7 Pro boasts GameSir's Mag-Res Tunnelling Magnetoresistance (TMR) joysticks to maximise precision, which GameSir complements with a Micro-switch d-pad and ABXY buttons. On top of that, the G7 Pro has Hall effect and Micro switch triggers that can be transitioned between freely via dedicated switches for each trigger. Other features include four programmable macro buttons, a 1,000 Hz polling rate on PC, four rumble motors, a 1,200 mAh battery and a built-in gyroscope that provides motion controls.
According to GameSir, the G7 Pro is now available to pick up in Mech White on Amazon or the TikTok Shop for $79.99 in the US. Meanwhile, the controller's Shadow Ember colourway remains exclusive to GameSir's website. Please see the latter's product listing for more hardware details.
