Fujitsu's LIfeBook TH700 is a 12.1in convertible tablet PC that's a lot of fun to use. Its touchscreen works very well and you can write or draw on it using the pen, or you can use your fingers to select things and rotate and zoom pictures for example. It's also great to use as a regular laptop, although it's a little heavy and its screen isn't all that bright.

On the bench, the TH550 scored very reasonably for this level of system; 2,867 in PCMark Vantage. It was probably slowed down a little by the hard disk drive. Though roomy at 500GB capacity, its 5,400rpm speeds aren’t conducive to snappy performance. Battery life, with Wi-Fi on and Bluetooth off, was just over 4 hours.

The TH701 is a fully-featured notebook that can easily be converted into a tablet. Its touchscreen is accurate for handwriting and drawing but it's a device feels a little too bulky to hold comfortably in that form factor. That said, it's not to be used like an iPad; it supplements notebook functions by providing touch input, and you can rest it on a table to write or draw on it.

Fujitsu: Fujitsu, founded 1935, is a Japanese company specializing in semiconductors, air conditioners, computers (supercomputers, personal computers, servers), telecommunications, and services, and is headquartered in Tokyo. Fujitsu employs around 160,000 people and has 500 subsidiary companies. The partnership with Siemens AG was established in 1999 in the form of Fujitsu Siemens Computers, one of Europe's largest IT hardware suppliers, and owned 50/50 by Fujitsu and Siemens. 2009, this cooperation was terminated. In future, no laptops will be sold with the brand "Fujitsu-Siemens" but only "Fujitsu".
Only some 3D games with very low demands are playable with these cards.
Intel Graphics Media Accelerator (GMA) HD Graphics: Onboard graphics card that is built in the new Arrandale CPUs (Core i3 / i5 / i7 Dual Cores). Depending on the model and Turbo Boost, the GMA HD is clocked between 166 and 766 MHz.
Non demanding games should be playable with these graphics cards.
Intel HD Graphics 3000: Integrated graphics card in the Intel Sandy Bridge processors (Core ix-2xxx). The HD 3000 is the faster (internally GT2 called) version with 12 Execution Units (EUs).

Intel Core i3:
330M:
The Core i3-330M is a slower clocked 350M and therefore also lacks the Turbo Boost feature and clocks with max. 2.13 GHz. Thanks to Hyperthreading, 4 threads can be processed simultaneously. An integrated graphics card (GMA HD 3150) and a DDR3 memory controller are also included in the package.
380UM: The Core i3-380UM is a power efficient ultra low voltage processor for laptops without Turbo Boost and AES functions (compared to the i5 and i7 UM CPUs). Thanks to Hyperthreading, 4 threads can be processed simultaneously. An integrated graphics card (Intel HD Graphics with 166-500 MHz) and a DDR3-800 memory controller are also included in the package.
Intel Core i5:
2430M: Dual-core processor based on the Sandy Bridge architecture with an integrated graphics card and dual-channel DDR3 memory controller. The CPU is clocked at 2.4 GHz (Turbo Boost 2.7-3 GHz) and the GPU at 650 (1200 MHz Turbo).
10.1: The netbook/subnotebook has a quite small display format. Nonetheless, it is a common format for netbooks. The advantage is, that the subnotebook/netbook can be small dimensioned and can be carried easily. Further the small display has the advantage, that it needs few energy, which improves the battery runtime and in consequence the mobility. The disadvantage is that the reading of texts is a bit exhausting for the eyes. It is difficult to use high resolutions.
12.1: This is a common display format for subnotebooks. Most netbooks have a tinier display. The advantage is, that the subnotebook can be small dimensioned and can be carried easily. Further the small display needs few energy, which improves the battery runtime and in consequence the mobility. The disadvantage is that the reading of texts is a bit exhausting for the eyes, especially with high resolutions.

1.4 kg:
This subnotebook is one of the most lightweight of all notebooks and can be carried very easily. There exist only few sub-notebooks, which weight less. 10 inch displays are normal for this class of weight.
2.1 kg:
These sub-notebooks weight less than the average of all notebooks, but represent a heavier class of weight among the sub-notebooks. 13 inch displays are normal for this class of weight.
75%: This rating is bad. Most notebooks are better rated. This is not a recommendation for purchase.
