Apple still leading the ACSI survey
Apple scored 86 of 100 points in the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ASCI) and is therefore still the leading PC manufacturer. On the second place Acer, Dell, and HP score 77 points.
The survey is yearly conducted by the University of Michigan and asks 80.000 US American citizens about the satisfaction with their PCs. The results are combined to a score ranging from 0 to 100. The higher the score, the better. Since 2004 Apple is leading the PC manufacturers in customer satisfaction according to the ASICS surveys.
