There is and a third option, as you can get it for free, if you join the Giveaway that runs here at this Greek Site, which uses a participation form in English.

ARM Mali-400 MP2: OpenGL ES 2.0 GPU for ARM based SoCs with 2 fragment processors and 1 vertex processor.
These graphics cards are not suited for Windows 3D games. Office and Internet surfing however is possible.
