Intel shares iGPU performance data of Intel Core Ultra 7 155H
In an exclusive live event hosted by Hot Hardware, Intel showcased the iGPU performance of the Intel Core Ultra 7 155H CPU. As the test run from the live broadcast shows, the Xe-LPG iGPU of the processor can outperform the Radeon 780M by 10% in a number of games at 28W.
The live broadcast has also shared some benchmark results. In 3DMark Time Spy, the iGPU of Core Ultra 7 155H scores 3452, while the Ryzen 7 Pro 7840U with Radeon 780M scores 2785. These numbers translate to around a 21% difference in terms of iGPU benchmark performance.
This aligns with the recent Time Spy benchmark leak where the Xe-LPG iGPU of Intel Core Ultra 7 155H beat the Radeon 780M. As for the CPU performance, Intel says that the multi-threaded performance of the CPU at the same TDP is 11% higher than the Ryzen 7 7840U and 8% better than the Core i7-1370P.
We have also recently seen the Cinebench R23 benchmark result of the Intel Core Ultra 7 155H surface. It showcased that the chipset has around 9% power consumption advantage over the Intel Core i7-13700H CPU.
