Details of HTC's new Facebook phone leaked

Teaser
The HTC Myst looks to be the newest Facebook phone from HTC; succeeding the ChaCha and Salsa

HTC isn't new to the Facebook phone arena, with previous iterations including their ChaCha and Salsa smartphones. Unfortunately, a Facebook button and exclusive integration options haven't proven a recipe for success, as users didn't rush to purchase the phones.

Surprisingly, HTC doesn't appear to have given up on the concept of a Facebook phone, and their new Myst smartphone appears to be the latest rendition. According to specifications leaked to Unwired.com, the Myst will feature a 4.3", 720p display with a pixel density of 320PPI along with dual 5MP/1.6MP cameras. Furthermore, the Myst packs a 1.5GHz MSM8960 Snapdragon SoC with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of flash memory.

Unfortunately, the exact Facebook branding that will accompany the phone is still unclear, but we do know that it'll feature the usual set of Facebook applications, including Instagram and Facebook Messenger. The phone is expected sometime this spring, and hopefully HTC will have something official soon.
