The performance is just what you need from a reliable business machine while a couple of extra touches make it a pleasure to use. Unfortunately, the fan runs almost constantly but it’s quiet enough, and means the Vostro 3555 runs cool enough for genuine use in the lap. Flat out at maximum settings provided only 1 hour 23 minutes of battery life, but ultraconservative settings yielded 4 hours 48 minutes. So about three hours normal use – not so long but acceptable for mobile use.

AMD Radeon HD 6620G: Integrated processor graphics card (in the A-Series of Llano APUs) without dedicated graphics memory.

Modern games should be playable with these graphics cards at low settings and resolutions. Casual gamers may be happy with these cards.

15.6": 15 inch display-variants are the standard and are used for more than the half of all notebooks. 15.4 inch display with 16:10 are the standard for notebook displays.
