The MP100 Pro is a mini PC that comes with an Intel processor and should be well-suited for a wide range of applications. Possible use cases include media playback or the usual office programs.

Blackview is a manufacturer that is probably not entirely unknown anymore, and we have already reviewed quite a few products from this brand. The MP100 Pro is a new mini PC that features the Intel Core i3-1215U processor and is already available for purchase on AliExpress for $314 for US-based or €238 for European customers. However, buyers should not expect much of the warranty of customer service in case of a defect.
That being said, the MP100 Pro measures 5.81 x 5.81 x 1.65 inches and comes with 16GB of RAM. The affordable mini PC utilizes 3,200 MHz DDR4 memory and supports up to 64GB of memory for users who would like to upgrade later on. Additionally, this desktop computer is equipped with a 512GB M.2 SSD, and Windows 11 Pro is preinstalled as the operating system, which should allow users to start immediately after unboxing and connecting the device.
Up to three 4K monitors can be connected simultaneously via HDMI, DisplayPort and USB Type-C. Beyond video output, the latter also supports data transfers with up to 10 Gbps, but this port does not support USB Power Delivery (PD). Gigabit Ethernet can be used to access wired networks, while WiFi 6 enables wireless connectivity. On the rear, users can find four USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A ports, while the front offers two USB 3.1 Gen 2 ports alongside the usual 3.5mm audio jack. Last but not least, a traditional barrel plug is used to power the Blackview MP100 Pro mini PC.

I have been active as a journalist for over 10 years, most of it in the field of technology. I worked for Tom’s Hardware and ComputerBase, among others, and have been working for Notebookcheck since 2017. My current focus is particularly on mini PCs and single-board computers such as the Raspberry Pi – so in other words, compact systems with a lot of potential. In addition, I have a soft spot for all kinds of wearables, especially smartwatches. My main profession is as a laboratory engineer, which is why neither scientific contexts nor the interpretation of complex measurements are foreign to me.

My fascination for technology goes back a long way to the Pentium II era. Modding, overclocking and treasuring computer hardware has since become an integral part of my life. As a student, I further developed a keen interest in mobile technologies that can make the stressful college life so much easier. After I fell in love with the creation of digital content while working in a marketing position, I now scour the web to bring you the most exciting topics in the world of tech. Outside the office, I’m particularly passionate about motorsports and mountain biking.
