AMD video teases a mystery tablet coming on Oct. 9th

In one of the better teaser videos we’ve come across, AMD is going all out in promoting their latest device. Posted on YouTube, the 2 minute video parodies the usual ghost hunter/paranormal reality shows and drums up excitement about AMD’s mystery gadget in the process.

Nothing concrete can really be gleaned from the video, but AMD is clearly working on some sort of hybrid tablet/laptop that runs colder than usual, probably due to a new low-power chip. In addition, the device appears to be capable enough to power the external display and game seen in the video, but we’ll know more soon enough.

Overall the video is more flash than actual substance, as is to be expected from teaser videos. In any case, we should know more on Tuesday, so be sure to check back then for all the latest.
