unknown vs MediaTek MTK 8113T vs Rockchip RK3168
unknown
► remove from comparisonMediaTek MTK 8113T
► remove from comparisonThe MediaTek MTK 8113T is a simple SoC for e-ink tablets and e-readers. It is very energy-efficient, but does not support mobile communications or camera functions.
The SoC has two ARM Cortex-A53 cores with a clock speed of up to 2 GHz. LPDDR4 is supported as working memory. WiFi 5 and Bluetooth 5.0 are also on board.
The chip is manufactured using the 12 nm process.
Rockchip RK3168
► remove from comparisonThe Rockchip RK3168 is a low-end ARM SoC designed primarily for smartphones. It integrates two Cortex-A9 CPU cores with NEON extension, a PowerVR SGX 540 graphics card (400 MHz) and a memory controller for low-power (LP-) DDR2/DDR3. The performance should be comparable to other similarly clocked Cortex-A9 SoCs such as the Samsung Exynos 4210. Thanks to its 28nm manufacturing, the RK3168 is relatively power efficient and should enable longer battery life.
