Der Samsung Exynos 2500 ist der erste SoC im neuen Samsung 3nm GAA Prozess. Er integriert eine 10-Kern ARM basierte CPU (1x Cortex-X925 mit 3.3GHz, 2x Cortex-A725 mit 2.74GHz, 5x Cortex-A725 mit 2.36GHz und 2x Cortex-A520 mit 1.8GHz), LPDDR5X Speicher, UFS 4.0, 24K MAC NPU und ein 5G NR Sub-6GHz / mmWave Modem.

The Samsung Exynos 2400e is a  high-end SoC for smartphones and tablets. It integrates 10 ARMv9 CPU cores in 4 clusters. Compared to the Exynos 2400 the "e" offers a 100 MHz lower clocked Prime Core (ARM Cortex-X4 with 3.1 GHz). ARM Cortex-A720 cores are installed in two performance clusters and four small ARM Cortex-A520 cores to save power.

The CPU performance in our benchmarks is comparable to an older Apple A15 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and remains slightly behind the current Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and also Apple A16 behind.

Samsung's integrated graphics card (iGPU) is an Xclipse 940 GPU which is based on the AMD RDNA 3 architecture.

Wireless connections can be established with the Exynos via 5G NR Sub-6GHz (9.64 GHz uplink), mmWave (12.1 GHz), GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou and Galileo.

The Exynos 2400e is manufactured in the 4nm LPP+ process at Samsung and is probably based on the same chip as the Exynos 2400.
