Big Helmet Heroes is set to make its debut on PC (Steam and the Epic Games Store users are definitely in luck) and all major consoles on February 6, 2025.

Developed by Exalted Studio and published by Dear Villagers, this highly anticipated 3D beat-’em-up (highly anticipated by this writer, at least) promises an adventure packed with charm, surprises, and non-stop action.

One of the game’s standout features is its local 2-player co-op mode. Combining hero abilities and navigating each surprising level together adds a layer of teamwork and fun that’s hard to beat.

As someone who cherishes local co-op gaming, I’m thrilled about Big Helmet Heroes and can’t wait to experience its lively action with my family. That said, one of my long-time wishes is for a developer to create a local co-op game that also incorporates a competitive element—allowing co-op teams to face off against others. It would add a unique layer of excitement to an already beloved genre.
