Minisforum announces Mars MC560 teleconference mini PC with 2.5K HDR webcam
The new Mars lineup from Minisforum is designed to combine the latest tech innovations with the compact mini PC form-factor. Minisforum is introducing the MC560 mini PC as a stylish teleconferencing solution for those who work from home. The new model comes with business features that include a 2.5K HDR camera plus an advanced dual speaker system with dual microphone array.
For the processing side, Minisforum includes an AMD Ryzen 5 5600U hexa-core APU with integrated Radeon RX Vega 7 GPU, which can be coupled with up to 64 GB of DDR4-3200 RAM and a PCIe 3.0 NVMe SSD storage solution. Port selection offers full option USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 plus 2x USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 connectors, an HDMI 2.0 video out, as well as audio and GbE jacks. Besides the GbE NIC, there is also a Wi-Fi 6E card with Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity.
Since it includes dedicated teleconferencing hardware, the MC560 comes with a mini tower case that is 6 inches tall. The 2.5K HDR webcam is positioned on the top front and provides a 93.8° wide angle. Additionally, users can adjust the camera tilt by 10°. Thanks to the speakers placement on the bottom front and the dual beam-forming microphone array, the MC560 offers accurate speech capture with improved noise-canceling technology.
