Are you unable to download Android 9.0 Pie to your LG V30? Well, the South Korean has apparently pulled the update from its FOTA and LG Bridge servers. This may prove a temporary measure, but there is no word when LG will continue offering Pie to the V30.

Last month we reported on LG rolling out Android 9.0 Pie to the V30, the former flagship that was still stuck on Android 8.0 Oreo. The OS update should have appeared in most countries by now as an over the air (OTA) download, with LG also pushing it via its LG Bridge service.

However, several reports have appeared online in the last few days claiming that LG has started pulling the update from its servers. The company has not offered any explanation why, but it currently seems that people in Australia, Central Europe and the UK are unable to download Android 9.0 either OTA or using LG Bridge.

We expect that this a temporary measure and may be in response to the types of software bugs that people have been reporting on XDA Developers. Previously, LG held back rolling out the Pie update to the V30 in South Korea for the same reason, with the company taking a few weeks to release a new build. Let us know in the comments if you are still able to download Pie to your LG V30 and your experiences of it.
