Asus ZenFone 3 Deluxe now available in Taiwan

The first handset to use the Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 chip is finally available for purchase, although only in Taiwan for the time being. Asus ZenFone 3 Deluxe might not be an affordable device, but its specs match the almost $800 USD price tag.

The highlights of this device include a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED full HD display, the Snapdragon 821 chip with Adreno 530 graphics, 6 GB RAM, 256 GB internal storage, microSD support, all powered by a 3,000 mAh battery. The main camera uses a 23 MP Sony IMX318 Exmor RS sensor, while the front camera is also generous, offering 8 MP. In addition to the usual 4G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, and GPS connectivity, this handset also offers USB Type-C, but without dropping the traditional 3.5 mm jack.

The ZenFone 3 Deluxe is listed in Taiwan for NT$24,990 - roughly $790 USD at current exchange rate. There is no official information on its availability and pricing on other markets, so stay tuned for more info.
