The Intel Core 2 Duo T7800 is compareable to the Core 2 Extreme X7800 but featuring a lower TDP and a fixed multiplicator. It is a middle class dual core cpu in 2009 (at the time of announcement it was one of the fastest). Later the Penryn based Core 2 Duo CPUs succeeded the T7800.
The Intel Core 2 Duo T5800 is an entry level dual core processor based on the old Merom core. It features a reduced level 2 cache to 2 MB and no virtualization functions. Furthermore, the clock rate of 2 GHz is relatively slow.
The Intel Core 2 Duo T7250 was a mid range dual core processor for laptops. It is based on the old Merom core featuring only 2 MB level 2 cache and Virtualization functions VT-x. The similar called T7200 offers a larger level 2 cache (4MB) and a lower clocked FSB and therefore is a bit faster on the average. However, due to the smaller cache and the lower core voltage, the T7250 should be a bit more power efficient.
