The Intel Core 2 Duo T7700 was the fastest Merom based Core 2 Duo with 35 Watt TDP (the Core 2 Extreme was faster, but featured a higher TDP). The Penryn based successor (e.g. Core 2 Duo T8300) is a bit faster at the same clock speed.
The Intel Core 2 Duo T7250 was a mid range dual core processor for laptops. It is based on the old Merom core featuring only 2 MB level 2 cache and Virtualization functions VT-x. The similar called T7200 offers a larger level 2 cache (4MB) and a lower clocked FSB and therefore is a bit faster on the average. However, due to the smaller cache and the lower core voltage, the T7250 should be a bit more power efficient.
The Intel Core 2 Duo T5550 is an entry-level dual core processor for laptops. It is based on the Merom-2M core and therefore manufactured in 65nm. It does not support Virtualization functions VT-x of the Merom core and offers only a low clock speed and 2MB level 2 cache.
