AMD Radeon HD 6350M vs AMD Radeon HD 6330M vs AMD Radeon HD 6370M

AMD Radeon HD 6350M

► remove from comparison AMD Radeon HD 6350M

The AMD Radeon HD 6350M (sometimes also still called ATI Mobility Radeon HD 6350) is a laptop graphics card for entry level notebooks. It ishould be based on the old Mobility Radeon HD 5430 or 5450 as it still supports only the older UVD2 video processor (according to the AMD homepage).

The performance should be in the class of the HD 5400 series and therefore demanding games should only run fluently in low detail settings and resolutions. Casual games like Fifa 11 or the Sims 3 should also run in medium settings. For detailed gaming benchmarks have a look at the page of the Mobility Radeon HD 5430.

The power consumption of the HD6350M should be between 8-15W TDP (chip only) and therefore also suited for smaller laptops in the 13-14" range.

► remove from comparison AMD Radeon HD 6330M

The AMD Radeon HD 6330M (sometimes also still called ATI Mobility Radeon HD 6330) is a laptop graphics card for entry level notebooks. According to a leaked AMD roadmap, the chip is still based on the old Mobility Radeon HD 4330 with DirectX 10.1 support and manufactured in 55nm. The AMD homepage however states that the Radeon HD 6300M series features DirectX 11, which implies a renamed Mobility Radeon HD 5430. However, both chips only support the old UVD2 video decoder.

The AMD Radeon HD 6370M (sometimes also still called ATI Mobility Radeon HD 6370) is a laptop graphics card for entry level notebooks. It is based on the older Mobility Radeon HD 5470 and therefore only supports the UVD2.2 video processor.

As the HD6370M is just a renamed HD5470, the performance is equal to the older card. Therefore, demanding games can be played fluently in low detail settings and resolutions. Casual games like Fifa 11 or the Sims 3 should also be playable in medium settings. For detailed gaming benchmarks please have a look at the page of the Mobility Radeon HD 5470.

The power consumption of the HD6370M should be between 8-15W TDP (chip only) and therefore also suited for smaller laptops in the 13-14" range.
