GeForce NOW is NVIDIA's cloud-gaming service. Its streaming library may be bolstered by a new announcement that it will have new titles added by the week going forward. The first batch debuted as a result of this initiative includes Epic Games' Control.

NVIDIA had launched GeForce NOW with such hope and promise in 2019. However, since then, major companies such as Bethesda, Activision Blizzard and 2K Games have walked away from the fledgling platform, taking their games with them. Now, though, the graphics giant has announced that it will compensate for this by adding new titles on a regular basis.

It aims to do so by updating the service in this way every Thursday going forward. This commitment has been kicked off with the debut of Control (with RTX ON for paid Founder's Membership subscribers) via this medium. It is joined by others that include Jagged Alliance 2 – Wildfire, The Guild 3, Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc, Dungeons 3 and Headsnatchers.

This may be a further sign that Epic Games, for one, is still behind GeForce NOW. The 2 have stuck together even in the face of rumors that Ubisoft may also jump ship. The game-vendor's CEO, Tim Sweeney, has described NVIDIA's service as "the most developer-friendly and publisher-friendly" among streaming platforms. As if to reciprocate, Fortnite has been found to be the most-played title on the same.
