Mediatek MT8752

The MediaTek MT8752 is a ARM based SoC for mostly Android based tablets and smartphones. It integrates 8 small ARM Cortex-A53 cores at up to 1.7 GHz. The integrated graphics card is an ARM Mali-T760MP2 with up to 700 MHz clock speed. Furthermore, an LTE modem and a video de- and encoder are integrated in the chip.

Mediatek Helio X10 MT6795

The Mediatek Helio X10 MT6795 is an upper mainstream ARM SoC for smartphones (mainly Android based) that was introduced in 2015. It is manufactured in a 28 nm CMOS process and is equipped with 8 ARM Cortex-A53 CPU cores. The 8 cores are divided in two clusters with 4 cores each. The integrated dual-channel memory controller supports up to LPDDR3-933. Furthermore an LTE Modem (Cat 4) is integrated in the SoC.

The chip also integrates a PowerVR G6200 graphics card clocked at 700 MHz.

Mediatek Helio A25

The Mediatek Helio A25 is an entry level ARM SoC for smartphones (mainly Android based) that was introduced in early 2020. It is manufactured in a 12 nm FinFET process and is equipped with 8 ARM Cortex-A53 CPU cores divided in two clusters. A performance cluster with 4 cores clocked at up to 1.8 GHz and a efficiency cluster clocked at up to 1.5 GHz.

Furthermore, the SoC integrates a LTE Cat.4 modem, a LPDDR3-933 / LPDDR4-1200 / LPDDR4x-1600 memory controller, a IMG PowerVR GE8320 graphics card and a 1080p30 video de- and encoder (H.265 decoding, H.264 encoding).
