he Mediatek MT8732 is a mid range ARM based SoC for (mostly Android based) smartphones. It was manufactured in 28nm and offers a quad-core processor with four ARM Cortex-A53 cores clocked at up to 1.5 GHz. As a graphics card, the SoC integrates a ARM MAli-T760MP2. The integrated LTE radio supports LTE Cat. 4 and a WiFi modem is also included.
The Mediatek Helio X10 MT6795 is an upper mainstream ARM SoC for smartphones (mainly Android based) that was introduced in 2015. It is manufactured in a 28 nm CMOS process and is equipped with 8 ARM Cortex-A53 CPU cores. The 8 cores are divided in two clusters with 4 cores each. The integrated dual-channel memory controller supports up to LPDDR3-933. Furthermore an LTE Modem (Cat 4) is integrated in the SoC.
The chip also integrates a PowerVR G6200 graphics card clocked at 700 MHz.
The Mediatek Helio P35 MT6765 is a mainstream ARM SoC for smartphones that was introduced late 2018. It integrates eight ARM Cortex-A53 cores in two clusters (big.LITTLE). The four performance cores clock up to 2.3 GHz. The integrated graphics card is PowerVR GE8320 and clocks with up to 680 MHz. The integrated memory controller supports LPDDR4x with 1500 MHz or 933 MHz LPDDR3. Furthermore, a LTE radio with Cat-7 DL (300 Mbps download) and Cat-13 UL (150 Mbps upload) and a 802.11 a/b/g/n WiFi modem is integrated.
