Mediatek Helio P10 MT6755

The Mediatek Helio P10 MT6755 is a mid-range ARM SoC for smartphones and tablets that was available starting in Q3 2015. The octa-core processor includes eight 64 Bit Cortex-A53 cores clocked with up to 2 GHz. Furthermore a ARM Mali-T860 MP2 graphics card with up to 700 MHz and a LTE Cat. 6 modem is integrated.

The performance of the CPU cores si similar to the Kirin 930 and therefore in the mid-range of smartphone SoCs in 2015 and 2016.

The SoC is manufactured at TSMC in 28nm (HPC+) and also suited for smartphones (e.g. the Elephone P9000).

Mediatek MT8752

The MediaTek MT8752 is a ARM based SoC for mostly Android based tablets and smartphones. It integrates 8 small ARM Cortex-A53 cores at up to 1.7 GHz. The integrated graphics card is an ARM Mali-T760MP2 with up to 700 MHz clock speed. Furthermore, an LTE modem and a video de- and encoder are integrated in the chip.

Mediatek Helio A22 MT6762M

The Mediatek Helio A22 MT6762M is a lower mainstream ARM SoC for smartphones (mainly Android based) that was introduced in 2018. It integrates four ARM Cortex-A53 cores clocked at up to 2 GHz. It integrates a PowerVR GE6320 GPU clocked at up to 650 MHz. The integrated memory controller supports LPDDR4x-3200 (max. 6 GB). Furthermore, a LTE radio with Cat-7 DL (300 Mbps download) and Cat-13 UL (150 Mbps upload) and a 802.11 a/b/g/n WiFi modem is integrated.
