Acer bundles free Echo Dot with Alexa-equipped notebooks

Acer is currently offering a free Echo Dot with its Alexa-equipped notebooks. The deal is an exclusive to Amazon Prime members and also includes a US$50 discount on the price of included notebooks. In total, the bundle is worth US$100 in savings and covers several of Acer's most popular devices.

Models that are on offer include the Acer Nitro 5 Spin, Acer Spin 5, and Acer Aspire with prices starting from US$599 through to US$999. As with all Alexa-equipped devices, users can ask Alexa to check calendars, create lists and answer questions, check the news, weather, control smart home-compatible devices, control music as well as play Audible audiobooks. Alexa can also be personalized with thousands of skills including Jeopardy, Would You Rather and Guided Meditation. In combination with an Echo Dot, normally US$50, you will be well on your way to going all in on the Amazon experience.
