It is produced in 55nm and mostly used for systems using Android or Linux.

Samsung Hummingbird S5PC110 / Exynos 3110

The Samsung Hummingbird S5PC110, later called Samsung Exynos 3110 (Exynos 3 Single), is a System on a Chip (SoC) for Smartphones. It features a ARM Cortex-A8 based single core CPU (Scorpion core, clocked at 1 GHz or 1.2 GHz), a PowerVR SGX540 graphics card clocked at 200 MHz and a 32 Bit dual-channel memory controller for 200 MHz LPDDR, LPDDR2, and DDR2.
