Netbook Navigator outs the dual-core NAV 10T tablet

The New Jersey-headquartered company Netbook Navigator, which is apparently focused on “delivering fully-customizable mobile computing solutions”, has introduced a new Windows tablet, called NAV 10T. According to the product page, the device ships in 30 days (or less) and is available in two main variants: Wi-Fi only or Wi-Fi and 3G.

The new NAV 10T model is reportedly powered by a low-power consumption (8.5W) Intel Pineview Atom N570 central processing unit that incorporates two cores (4 threads) with a clock frequency of 1.6GHz and the integrated Intel GMA 3150 graphics controller. Furthermore, the slate is equipped with a capacitive multitouch-enabled LCD HD display that measures 10.1-inches in diagonal and has a maximum supported resolution of 1366-by-768 pixels.

Netbook Navigator’s latest portable device houses 2GB of internal DDR3 memory and a solid-state drive with a storage capacity of up to 128GB. In addition, users can take advantage of the built-in Wireless LAN 802.11n, Bluetooth 2.1 and 3G (optional) modules accompanied by two USB 2.0 ports, a micro-SD card reader and a SIM card slot. An integrated front-facing 1.3MP web camera is also installed for video calls.

Other features reportedly include two stereo speakers, a 3.5mm audio jack, a 3-cell Li-Ion battery (no word on autonomy period) and a weight of just 680g (1.8lbs). The NAV 10T ships with a choice of 32bit or 64bit Windows 7 Home Premium, Professional or Ultimate OS.
