eviGroup has come out with a new tablet - the 10.2-inch Paddle Pro with a native resolution of 1,024 x 600 pixels. The Tablet that is built on Intel’s Pine Trail Platform also offers the capacitive touchscreen technology for its display along with services by head-tracking software.
Processing is powered by an Intel Atom N450 central processing unit with a clock speed of 1.66 GHz that is same as that of the old N280, with only a slight performance gain. Also there is the GMA (graphics media accelerator) 3150 integrated graphics.
The Paddle Pro is equipped with 1 GB of DDR2 RAM, which is another disappointment owing to the fact that the N450 does not support DDR3 memory module. There is a hard disk drive whose internal capacity is of 160 GB.
