Several business devices are getting bumped to Kaby Lake over the next month.

Intel’s 7th generation Core processors (codenamed Kaby Lake) have been popping up in more and more devices over the past few months. Now, it’s Toshiba’s turn. The company announced today that it will be bringing Kaby Lake to its Portégé and Tecra lines of business notebooks.

The Client Solutions Division of Toshiba announced the devices earlier this morning, stating that the “adoption of this Intel technology promises to deliver advancements in security, performance, productivity, manageability, and streamlined connectivity.”

Toshiba is upgrading several devices across both lines. The Portégé A30 and newly released Portégé X20W will receive updated Kaby Lake processors, as well as the Tecra A40, Tecra A50, Tecra C40, Tecra C50, and Toshiba’s flagship Tecra Z50. The Portégé X20W and Tecra Z50 will also feature the vPro variants of Kaby Lake processors for added enterprise-grade security.

Toshiba will also include its Toshiba Quality Replacement Guarantee with the Portégé A30, Tecra C40 and C50, and select models of the Tecra A40 and A50. This guarantee can give customers peace of mind as Toshiba will fully replace a laptop if the LCD panel, hard drive, memory, or motherboard fail within the first year of ownership.

The updated models will be available on Toshiba’s online store and through their reseller network. Devices equipped with Kaby Lake should be available for purchase sometime in February.
