Toshiba to introduce the LT170 - A budget 7-inch tablet

If for some reason; you find that the choices for a 7-inch tablet aren't enough, then worry no more as Toshiba is about to release its 7-inch, budget friendly Android tablet. The LT170; to be released in Italy first, has a 7-inch capacitive display with a resolution of 1024x600 pixels. Other specs include a single core, Freescale 1GHz CPU, 512MB of RAM and 8GB internal storage. Similar to most Android tablets these days, the LT170 will come with a rear and front camera and a micro-SD card slot.

The tablet measures at 200.25 x 128.5 x 11.5 mm and weighs just 388 grams making it the lightest 7-inch Android tablet currently available. The asking price of €299, on the other hand, isn't good enough. At this price, it doesn't hold any advantage in terms of price; when compared to other 7-inch tablets.
