The Toshiba Portege Z20 Series is a hybrid and lightweight detachable laptop for those who are looking to do some work and some entertainment when they are on-the-go. Its solid chassis from black metallic graphite is compact and stylish. Theres a choice of processors for this Windows convertible ranging from an Intel Core M 5Y31 up to an Intel Core m7 6Y75. The integrated CPU depends on the selected processor.
The system either comes with 4 GB or 8 GB of LPDDR3 RAM, which is not upgradeable after purchase, a 128 GB or 256 GB SSD and a 12.5 inch Full HD display. The laptop’s detachable keyboard may be a little difficult to type on and may take some time to get used to. The connectivity includes one USB 3.1 port, two USB 3.0 ports, an HDMI port, an audio combo jack and a microSD card reader. As the laptop is mainly built for business usage, it only weighs 1.5 kg and the battery life is up to 7:41 hours.

The Toshiba Portege Z20t-B2112 is a multi-form ultrabook that has a detachable hinge system enabling conversion into a tablet format. The metallic grey device is modern looking with solid build quality and hinge strength. The top cover has a brushed aluminium finish and the 12.5 inch FHD LED backlit Digitizer touchscreen with IPS technology can be adjusted to a specific angle or even totally reversed. At the heart of the device is an Intel Core M-5Y71 processor with Intel AMT 10.0, 8 GB DDR3L 1600 MHz RAM, Mobile Intel HD Graphics and a 256 GB M.2 SSD for superb response time. The Windows 8.1 ultrabook comes with a spill resistant LED backlit keyboard, large touchpad, touchscreen capability and a digitizer setup of pen input. Users are given many input options to suit the current form. Audio quality is also another plus factor with DTS Studio Sound technology powering the speakers. Other features include Bluetooth 4.0, Active Digitizer Pen, two USB 3.0 ports, card reader and HDMI out. The Toshiba Portege Z20t-B2112 tablet only weighs at 1.60 lbs (726 g) and goes up to 3.30 lbs (1.5 kg) with the keyboard dock. If what you're after is a compact and lightweight large format business tablet that can remained powered all day, the Toshiba Portege z20t might be right for you. However, if you perform labor intensive tasks at work, then you'd probably be better suited buying one of the competing hybrids. That's not to say this isn't a solid device (it is), but you're already making a sacrifice buying something with a Core M chip, you shouldn't have to sacrifice further by buying a hybrid whose Core M chip isn't on par with similarly-specced devices.

The Toshiba Portégé Z20t-B-10C brings various features that are certain to beat its competition for a high-end price. The 12.5 inch display is slightly larger than similar convertibles' and the touchscreen is anti-fingerprint and anti-reflective, ensuring a clear display at all times and enabling outdoor usages. The non-reflective feature will definitely appeal to users who are constantly travelling as it will not hamper their need to reply emails or handle other important matters on-the-go. With both 360° hinge and detachable keyboard option, users will be able to use this model according to their convenience and style. Another pro is the capacitive LED backlit touchscreen, which is more receptive to user touch and supports up to 10-point input. As an ultraportable, the Z20t also looks the part, although it felt slightly on the heavy side for our liking. The Portege legacy continues with the rolling out of the Z20t-B-10G. Its solid metal chassis looks professional, which makes it an idyllic business companion. The display can be easily detached and used as tablet for presentation purposes. The system is powered by a 6th generation Intel Core M-5Y51 processor with 4 GB RAM, and a 128 GB SSD. Unfortunately, the storage capacity is quite low, but it can be expanded with a microSD card. Graphics are rendered by the integrated Intel HD Graphics 5300 graphics chips. Images are sharp, which is a crucial factor for business users. The 12,5-inch touchscreen from Toshiba is bright and features Full HD resolution. As it uses IPS technology the viewing angles are wide. In addition, the display made of hardened IOX Glass with anti-fingerprint with anti-reflective coating. The connectivity includes an HDMI-out, a micro HDMI-out, two USB 3.0 ports and a micro USB 2.0 port. Despite high performance, the Portege Z20 remains lightweight at 1.5 kg. But it has other things going for it, such as much longer battery life, a better keyboard, a sturdy body and more connectivity. The Toshiba Portege Z20t is an Ultrabook which functions as a 2 in 1 device as it has a detachable keyboard and trackpad dock. This Ultrabook features a 12.5 inch Full HD touchscreen and comes bundled with a digitizer pen, which is useful for drawing and writing on the screen. For storage, there is a 128 GB SSD with pre-installed Windows 8.1. The processor features a base clock of 1.10 GHz and a Turbo clock of 2.60 GHz. Toshiba updates its Z20t range, which lives up to the reputable Portege brand. The device looks business-like and professional. Its display is easily detachable making it an impressive-looking tablet for presentation purposes. With an Intel Core m7-6Y75 processor and 16 GB RAM, the detachable laptop is definitely build for performance. With graphics rendered by the integrated Intel HD Graphics 515, its ability to deliver stunning visuals is unquestionable - a factor crucial to business users. The 12.5-inch display feature Full HD resolution and uses IPS technology for wide viewing angles. It is made from hardened IOX Glass with anti-fingerprint with anti-reflective coating. The Toshiba Portege Z20T-C2112 is an lightweight entry level detachable ultrabook. With Intel Core M5 (6th Gen) 6Y57 1.1 GHz 4MB cache CPU with max Turbo Speed of 2.8 GHz, 8 GB LPDDR3 1600 MHz SDRAM, an Intel HD Graphics 515 GPU and a 256 GB M.2 SSD, it features essential hardware for daily productivity task and light entertainment. Its 12.5-inch anti-glare LED display features Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels) an aspect ratio of 16:9 and IPS technology and support multi-touch input.
